Guy Kashtan is a co-founder and Rewire's CEO. Guy holds a BA in computer science from IDC Herzliya and majored in entrepreneurship as part of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program. Guy has extensive technological background as a software engineer and product manager. Prior to co-founding Rewire, Guy worked at Microsoft as a program manager on the Cortana team and led multiple products.

Saar Yahalom holds a BSc (Technion) and MSc (Tel Aviv University) in computer science, both graduated with honors. Saar has more than 15 years of experience in building, leading, and driving teams and projects at multiple leading companies such as Intel, Raphael, and Microsoft. In his last role, Saar served as a principal tech lead for the Cortana team at Microsoft Israel, overseeing the work of more than 30 developers.

Adi Ben Dayan, Rewire's VP R&D, holds a BSc in computer science with honors. Adi is enthusiastic about building outstanding user products that improve peoples' lives. Adi’s past positions include tech teams' manager both at Microsoft and at the IDF elite intelligence forces, and he has extensive experience in building world quality software for millions of users including Power BI, Excel, Windows Store, and IDF combat intelligence systems.
